| at 680gm (1.5lbs) the iPad comes in at a larger-than-expected weight which could limit its use as a mobile device but the entry-level, no-contract price of $499 is groundbreaking for Apple. Ebooks, Maps, Video, Music and a high-quality web experience through a fun and friendly user interface will qualify it for many. Limitations and 'showstoppers' exist (no SD slot, no Flash support, no multi-tasking.) One of the first 'good value' products from Apple. |
